Our Womens Krav Maga classes are just as challenging and rewarding as our mixed sessions, but they concentrate more specifically upon the threats and situations women may encounter in day-to-day life.

Krav Maga Defence Academy and Fitness Training gives you the opportunity to get fitter, stronger and build confidence, all whilst learning a practical, and effective self defence system. You’ll find our Womens Self Defence classes offer a comfortable, relaxed environment in which to train. With our regular Krav Maga Women’s Self Defence and Fitness classes in Milton Keynes, there is plenty of opportunity to come and meet like-minded people, learn something new and above all, have fun.
